    1.Please tell me how to add a icon under the user name like some members of foruMotion have (ie.sanket) the icon has staff written in it... How to add that??
    2. Can i change only the background image of a theme without change anything else?

    1) That is User Ranks, here is a guide from our Frequently Asked Questions Listing

    2) Admin panel >> Display > Colors/Advanced mode >Any one of the background images, may be the one your after.
