    Do you want to get phpbb3 version of forum with enabled template editing? You can do it this way..

    How to install it?
    1. Switch your forum into PunBB default version.
    2. Add CSS and templates

    CSS
    - skin CSS

    Templates:
    - index_body template
    - index_box template
    - overall_header template
    - topics_list_box template
    - viewforum_body
    - viewtopic_body
