    and it will be active tomorrow and my question is:
    Do my domain appear in google search engine instantly ??

    No, it will take some days, cause Google Bots will have to refresh the information.

    It depends, if your forum link is posted on lots of sites/forums, there will be a higher chance that your forum will show on search engines.
