- Create a forum associated with school subjects, scientific, literary or educational purposes.
- You must create a forum between 22 September 2010 and October 21, 2010 and successfully expand it so as to have at least 25 members and 150 messages during this période. (reminder: flood forbidden.)
- Members without messages must be no less than 50% of all registered members.
- All public areas must always be open to visitors.
Good to know: This condition is not only to select the winners but also to better start your forum and help in its listing.
The application must be made before the closing date of the contest (October 21, 2010) by specifying the URL in this topic.

- Create a theme associated with school subjects, scientific, literary or educational purposes and submit your theme on HitSkin
- Once your theme posted on HitSkin, post your HitSkin theme URL in this topic.
- Do your theme promotion by posting its URL on Facebook, Twitter or other community sites.
- Ask your forum members to help you promote your theme on Internet (post tutorials in the forums or community sites and influential blogs on how to create a forum with your theme).
- The greater the number of forums with your theme are created, the more you'll have a chance to be the winner.
Warning: One creation = one point. To prevent cheating, a verification of the origins of creation will be made.
- Of course, even if you are neither the creator of the theme, nor a member of the forum, you can still help to promote your preferred themes.
- The first winners will be selected by ForumOtion according of aesthetics and ergonomics of the theme.
Another selection will be made, one month later, based on the popularity of themes and number of forums they created during the month following the competition.
