I would prefer to see more features for our message boards and I would pay for those features of course...

Like more admin options (e.g. unlimited characters in post body) and maybe a own customer account. Maybe also be able to make a complete backup of his forum on his own (i mean to have the mySQL files). I would also pay a monthly rate to have access to the MySQL files via PhpMyAdmin for example...

just a thought ... and I think many more people would pay for more features and more options.

Also I think you can increase the numbers of members in your Staff with more money !

Forumotion doesn't run on the fully loaded version of Phpbb3.

As said many tme before (and many times t come surely):
Forumotion's database and the original phpBB database aren'tcompatible, so it in't just a question of taking and puttig, but more of creatig, adapting and fixing.

but maybe it is possible to create a php script that extract the whole database and convert it to the original phpBB form ...

Well yes but for example I'm too young for that and I can't pay... But even if Forumotion does this, than please, let these features stay here for free!

If the databases are not compatible with phpbb then how are they running on phpbb?

As i see there are many friends here want this to happen.

It'll be very well i think. this will help forumotion to improve their quality (it's great right now but for to make it better i mean).

For example attach feature... this could be a feature with buying credits in my opinion, so members can upload their mini files,zips,mp3 etc. to their board. (one of the opensource-free phpbb company just like our forumotion gives this feature for example)

Or adding custom bbcodes...it can also be a feature with credits.

I believe many members include me gonna buy this features whatever their credit price is...

If you wanna risk your forum on your own it should be allowed. Pay a bit and have access to phpbb mods that you can find, install and manage by yourself... but since it'll be on your own risk forumotion will not be held responsible.

I like the idea of forumotions security system... although i'd love mySQL data, and a way to access the forum via FTP.

But this suggestion is put together very logically... hats of to you spectre

I do not want a MONTHLY FEE I just want more extra features ... and when you pay for that you will get them faster and better!

Good idea if you know what your doing, have it optional so if you don't want the files and your new to coding then no charge, if you wanna edit the whole thing, charge applies
