I read the tutorial on Ranks and when it got to the part about giving a member 2 ranks, it just seems like its ONE rank made to look like 2 ranks.

Can i actually give a user different ranks? i have it set up so when a user reaches a certain number of posts they'll change into a new rank but I would also like tp assign certain members a special rank on top of the regular rank. Is that possible?

Also, my forum says I'm an administrator(which i am) but i would also like it to say I'm a moderator. Can i do these things?

I'm sorry but it's not possible to designate a person 2 ranks; other than the way in the tut.

What Sanket is suggesting is to make a profile field for the 2nd rank, and only assign that to specific users, I believe.

I don't believe this is possible? You can either merge two ranks together and assign it like a special rank, or choose one of them.
