well in that screen shot it looks like you have to fix the background of the forum.. but in your link it looks OK so i guess you fixed it already.
now as far as the ad's.

You have to go in and change your add settings for only guest to see. then once your members are logged in to the forum they will no longer see them.

Other then that to completely remove the ad's you would have to pay to have them removed.

    admin panel>general>configuration.

Allow image and video formats for ads = No

    Activate ads = guest

Text ads activation (underlined) = no

    then hit save.

the problem is not fixed, i still have the same problem, both on IE and FF, both on my work computer and my privet computer..

so if you dont see my problem, and i still do, then its a Add script problem i think form the site side..

look at the pic in the first post again. i assume that the add is not supposed to enter the entire background as it dose for me now all the time.

the link for the background is http://hitskin.com/themes/15/34/76/i_background.png, and the link seams to work.

Ads work good at your forum, you have problem with forum background.
Ty to change forum skin. Or upload all images to other images hosting.

you can be right about the images hosting, i changed hosting site to the one i been recommended by this site in a mail to use.
and i did now, it seams to work for now. but i changed themee 3 times also.

So i dont know what was the solution. but for now it seams to be working..

    thanks from sweden.

The problem with your background, shown in the imageshack image of your forum, was caused by Photobucket no longer hosting the image used for the background. Either the image was deleted from Photobucket or the originator of the image has exceeded their bandwidth.

This wasn't caused by Forumotion & they aren't advertisements as such. Just Photobucket's usual display when images are no longer hosted by them or out of bandwidth. Similar problems have occurred with Jalokim's themes.

    Hi,

    Please follow this.

Yoshimo wrote:This is what I did and it worked
    1. Open your CSS Sheet
    2. Find all the PhotoBucket links (Make sure they are the direct links, starting with "http://" and ending with ".png or .gif")
    3. Create or use a VERY EMPTY/Lightly used PhotoBucket account
    4. Upload all the PhotoBucket links in the CSS Sheet to your PB acount
    5. Replace all the PhotoBucket links with your own links from your profile
    6. Save the CSS sheet.
    7. Copy the url image http:// to browser
Save Image As then Upload to photo bucket

The problem with the thing, (I guess) is that once you go over too much space in your PhotoBucket account, all your images are still there, but they get replaced by the bandwidth thing. Because all of Jalokim's images are still there, but PhotoBucket's just changed what they look like because of his bandwidth problem.

Try that and it should work.

Jalokim wrote:This is a message to all forumotion users that have installed any Jalokim themes from hitskin that use the photobucket server.

As of the 8th of August , I will be closing the premium status of the account.
I will no longer be paying for the bandwidth of the images.

I recommend rehosting all the images in your CSS file. Instructions as to how to do this is found in the post above. Please rehost all the images or they will be lost after the 8th of August.

I thank all for using my themes, but seeing as I'm not directly a part of forumotion, nor do I create themes for hitskin anymore, there is no need to pay the bandwidth each month.

    regards Jalokim

    Wink
