My first post as I am new here.

This is the first forum I have set up so apologies if I pose questions which seem really dense or have been covered many times before.

Firstly
I would like to add a list of links to other related sites in my forum but am struggling to do this. Ideally I would like one of the tabs at the top to provide a drop down list where you can select the link required.

Chatbox
With the chatbox which you can enable, you have to click login and it looks blank. Just wondered if there was a way I could have the shoutbox/chatbox there where as soon as you log into the forum, your automatically logged into chat box and can see previous history.
