Unfortunately, you didn't bump within a 24-hour gap. Don't bump unless you are fully 24-hours away from the last post.

As for your problem, try loading a different skin. I want to say this: ACP > Display > Pics Management and then change the vote bar but that sounds like only the vote bar.

It sure sounds like the images weren't cropped tightly. Can I see the link to where the images are hosted?
