I was just wondering if it was possible to change the color of an individual user, like an administrator. Instead of having a group of admins, is it possible to change the color of each individual admin?

You could make a seprate group, and put only 1 person in that group, and make them the moderator, and set it as hidden, then it might work.

Hidden groups don't do colors
You could rather use CSS link customization.
Notice that would need you to not have colored groups with people in, as that color is a priority.
