I'd just like to know if its possible to mak it so that in a thread, people can reply, but those replys can only be seen by myself(Admin) and the writer of that thread, Cause i am conducting a survey and wish for the users post to remain private, so is there any possible way to d so?

That wouldn't be possible as if you use the hidden tag anyone that post in that topic would be able to see what the user wrote. It it best if you make a form http://jotform.com/index.php and have users fill it in and no others can see it.
