    You are using punbb... yes you can, editing templates.
    1. Go to admin panel - display - templates / profile, enter in profile_add_body
    2. Open the word search of the browser, CTRL + F, and search: L_HIDE_USER, now delete this:
      Code:
      <dl>
      <dt><label>{L_HIDE_USER} :</label></dt>
      <dd><label><input type="radio" name="hideonline" value="1" {HIDE_USER_YES} /><span class="cont">{L_YES}</span></label>
      <label><input type="radio" name="hideonline" value="0" {HIDE_USER_NO} /><span class="cont">{L_NO}</span></label>
      </dd>
      </dl>
    3. Click 'Save' button, and then the green button (plus, +) for apply this change. and done

    xD no problem, here a pic, is entering to profile_add_body, there open the search for words: press the key CTRL and F (ctrl+f), and type L_HIDE_USER, find the code mentioned and delete this, click 'Save' and then the green button for apply changes (is a plus symbol)

    right i have done that and if i go in to my profile it has gone , but if i go in to any of my members profile ,the option is still there , and its them i didnt want to be able to hide there on line status, now is it just me that has the option in there profile because i am admin or do they still have the opption ?

    if i press profile at the top of the page it has gone thumright
    if i go in to profile as Admin i still have the option, so i take it that my members can not hide there on line status now :/

    if this is the case , that is just what i wanted , and thankyou for your help Wink

    The template (i think, -99% secure-) affect all users (i referring admin, normal, etc). I registered in your forum and the option isn't visible. ¿You view the normal and admin account in the same browser? if in different, maybe is because by the caching of the preferences page (in this case, try reloading the page with F5 or reload button). and if not, perhaps the reason is because you are administrator (although this last is rare) xD. greetings
