The system on the PBB2 version forums is IPGETINFO, but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Tried to search a member's IP of a post. Displays IP of poster, but when I click 'Look Up IP' of poster it takes me to 'ipgetinfo', but doesn't display anything.

Even if I enter the IP address manually myself.

Anyone else having this problem?

In the first page ( Address IP ) is where you enter the IP Info, when u go into the page called "Personal Informations" is where you get data.
Are you saying you have no data displaying there?

When I click on 'Personal Informations' it just displays my IP details and not the users I want to check.

The 'Address IP' field then 'Insert an IP address in this Field'. I put the IP number in as no information comes up under: 'more details', but still nothing shows up.

I click on 'personal information' and it shows my own IP details.

Sometimes it works and the information comes up under an 'IP summary' in the 'Find IP' tab.

It isn't a massive issue as I can just use another IP finder system, but very annoying for me.

Can I link a different IP system up to my forum?

IPGetInfo isn't us so there isn't much we can do.
