In my forum we have had multiple people having issues with the chatbox. When they click the log in button they get a message stating they are disconnected. Myself and my other forum administrator have looked at every possible reason they may be having this issue and have found nothing.

Is there something that we have missed, I'm not sure if a tech needs to look into it or what to do. Thanks.

It disconnects itself after a certain time limit. There is no way to change it, however its been suggested to remove this feature when the user is disconnected from the chatbox automatically.
