I hope this is in the right place. I've been all over the admin panel and I can't find how to add admins or make mods up to admin.

Add them to the groups.

Users & groups>Group administration
Once you add the user to the administrator group, make sure you remove them from the moderator group. Also, adding them to the admin group gives them access to admin panel. Be sure who you want to give access.

yes they can really do some damage if you are not carefull of who you give your information to. you dont really need admins just moderaters to make sure every thing is runng correctly
