I need some buttons modifying please

I wonder if anyone is able to help me with a problem I have, I'm trying to create my own forum buttons, but now I don't know how to add the text? if anyone could do it for me I would be very happy.

I need the size of the buttons to be the same as the existing as shown Above as if possible? along with the transparent background, I would like the txt to be Arial bold.
