Extra Comments: If the RPH wont work, I'd like a puddle of blood with a moon in it or something that signifies or resembles the forum banner.

Favicons can be created. It's not hard, but for them to be viewable in all browsers they should be created in .ico format.
I will see what I can come up with. On a little side note, adding text to any image that's only 16x16 is a bit hard to do. Usually the text will not show up and look right.
