so i seem to have a problem with the linking button on my forum .... when you write something for eg. here and shade it and then want to place a link inside so after you post all you have to do is click on the word here and you are brought to the link ... this doesnt happen on my forum instead i get up the whole link ... why is this

so when making a post and i want to place a link to that post for eg i`m linking your forum to mine and i write can be seen here in other forums i can shade over the word here and click on the image of the link and place the site link in it and the word here would be come a different color and onces posted my members can just click on the word here and be brought to your forum ...

but this doesnt work on my all it does is give the link its self ... which i could easily copy and paste my self

i would prefer for it to be neater

thats not the way i`m use to it let me see if i can explain a bit better

ok the way i managed that was i wrote the word in my post then i placed the cursor over it and shaded it ... before doing that i have copied a link of another page that i want to be where the word here is .... then i go to the link image in this snap shot

when i click on the image that is an earth with a link i will get a little box where i can paste my link into and click ok

there thats when the word here becomes brown and all you have to do is click on that to get to the page that is linked their
