Hi! By transparent Avatar, What do you mean? Do you want the Background to be transparent? Or do you want to have no avatar at all? You cloud Update your post so members could understand what you mean and help.

Download it, take it into photoshop, change the transparency and then re upload it

I have a CSS code for it if you like too

I mean If the Background of the Picture is white, Is there a way to make the white blend in to the forum's colours?

You'd have to fiddle with the opacity, contact Nera.
