1. Tell us about your forum. What do you think is the secret of its success?
The first web design forum i create was Liqued Coding, my goal was to help all Forumotion users with their problems and teach them about web & graphic design so they can take care of their forum without help.
Liqued Coding was made by phpBB2 version and the design was ugly so i created a test forum called World Dezign with punBB verison, days after days i played with its design and found that punBB version was easy to customize so I referred my old members to the new forum World Dezign, its goal was the same as Liqued Coding.
I don't think that I have planned for something if it success, but we will wait a little and see.
2. After its creation, what are the tools that you deem necessary and that you were lacking to advance and publicize your forum? Then, what strategies have you followed to solve this problem ? And which of these methods have been the best?
There was many limits in Forumotion as the others said, but I want to say that Forumotion is unlimited, all you need is to think outside the box (as many said), So if someone really need to have a good forum with good design/look then you must know some HTML, CSS & a little JavaScript.
3. What are the major decisions that have really improved the popularity of your forum? Do you have tips, ideas, methods you use to maintain interest, activity and loyalty of.
The first thing that the people look at when they visit a forum a the design, and remember that the members will be tired of the same design/theme every month, so start learn some CSS at least and just change small things in the forum look everyday.
4. How much time do you spend per day to take care of your forum? You get help?
Like 4 - 6 hours or maybe more than that as i have too much free time, but ya i need to take care of my forum every time because the members need help, everyday the meet new problems, so i need to solve their problem else, I will lose them.
About i get help? hmmm.. actually no..not that much help..
5. Based on your experience, what advice would you give other webmasters who wish to see their forums as active and successful as yours?
As I said in question 2. You need to learn/know some coding languages & you know also to know how to make graphics like using Photoshop, so you don't need to request from the others and wait days until they make it for, and not the same as you wanted.
6. What would you have done at forum creation (a thing which you may not think in the beginning by lack of experience) that would have made you gain time and traffic more quickly?
Sorry, I'm not that good in English, but i didn't get this question
