    i have signed up for new forum at forumotion as
    Adposters.forumotions.in but i am unable to login because my account is not activated yet activation link mail is not arrived yet

    Have you checked it through your spam/junk boxes? Also, try waiting for another 24 hours then.

    Use a gmail or a yahoo address. Maybe the mails don't reach that email provider.
