I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place to put this, but it seemed to be the closest forum section for what I am intending to do. Sorry for the broad and odd title, I couldn't think how to better describe my situation.

Anyway I made a simple flash based quiz game for my forum. It's just a point and click interactive flash quiz, with some music. I was searching online, through these forum troubleshooting sections, and in my admin panel to see if there was a way to add my flash game on the forum somehow.

I was hoping to do that, instead of finding another hosting site to add my flash game onto, so that members must be at the forum in order to play the game. I will be honest and say that it is merely a way to keep the attention of some of my members, while luring in others.

If I was to make this flash and add it onto another site, then guests and members wouldn't have to bother coming onto our forum, which would defeat the purpose.

I believe its possible.
1. Administration Panel
2. Modules
3. HTML > Html Pages Management
4. Then create new HTML page.

These are the things you are going to do:
Copy the HTML code included in the <object> and <embed> tags (see example below) and paste it into the existing HTML document. This should contain the <OBJECT> and <EMBED> tags.

This is the sample code, you can edit it and replace the content of your flash.

But i suggest you to use Dreamweaver for uploading your swf file.

I'm such a newb with Flash, it took me forever to pinpoint the source code. Got to start somewhere though, I suppose.

Do you know of any reputable place to upload flashes? Right now all the files are just saved onto my computer, but not the internet. I was searching through the panel and researching last night through the forums, but I couldn't find anything about that.

I'm not sure if it's possible to upload the swf files to the forum. I think it's just that I can host the coding.

You should upload first your flash file to your host then get the link .swf and replace the content to the given code above.

I see. I don't currently own any account/domain on a free/paying host site. Does anyone know a good and legitimate one? Preferably free for now, because I am very short with cash.

I've been doing some searching regarding this field, but I'm not sure what is good and what is not, even after searching.

I'm sure he has looked at google.

Unfortunately i can not recommend any, as i haven't used any script hosts, but hopefully i have cleared this up for everyone.

Yes, LG is right. I actually posted a similar question of this on a few different sites I sometimes frequent, in hopes of having a higher chance of getting an answer.

I checked out several different free host sites, but some just seemed like they might be a scam/malicious virus or weren't very user friendly for a newb like me.
