    This thread^
After 5-6 months you close it down saying you arent taking domain change requests that month? how about the past months? its a whole half of year i think you could have transfered that one domain, and no matter how many times i pm typlo or whatever his name is he never replies back, i want you to pay for the time i have lost waiting for you by adding more time to my domain, and i want my domain transfered.
And I obviously wont be using your service anymore.

Typlo is no longer with the company.

    Please read this thread: https://help.forumotion.com/t91477-domain-names-transfers-are-suspended-temporarily

Notice this: "This period may be extended."

He is not making any excuses for the staff. He just gave you information to help you out. Please be respectful to atleast someone who is trying to help you.

Also, in regards to your problem. We don't know the reasons for the delay that happened. You will need to wait, to get your domain transferred since they are temporarily suspended.

I am going to report them for this, the domain name was legally bought and they cannot refuse to give it over. Your next step is to report them here:

I understand why you are furious. Trust me, I would be too. Try messaging MrMario. I'm not sure if it would do any good, but I assume that he has the highest power here on the forum and he could probably give you a direct solution.

Nothing I can do about transferring domains as I don't have access. The option to transfer domains to another hoist is suspended due to the fact Forumotion doesn't have enough man power to do it right now. They will allow it when they can. You need to wait like everyone else here. Threading the company and or my staff wil, not be allowed.

Saying it is in the ToS makes it even worse! By law you should not wait longer than 48 hours before legal action can be taken.

And it's stated many places that we don't transfer. If you wanted to transfer you shouldn't have come here. So we're in the right.

but i have been waiting for about 6 months before you said you didnt accept transfers so he is right, the post was since january second if you look at the date of the linked thread, so that is roughly 4320 (6*30*24) thats months*days*hours

    hello,

    The Godfather wrote:Hello,

In order to reorganize the support forum, and to investigate on the causes and consequences of domains tranfert on our services, we have decided to temporarily suspend outgoing domains transfers.

Therefore, no transfer request will be accepted during the month of June, July and August 2011. This period may be extended.

    We apologize for the inconvenience

    Cordially king

as i already sayed, Domain names transfers are suspended

The transfer of domain names is not an obligation but a service we gives you.
the domains you purchased from forumotion are not supposed to go out because theire are dedicated to our forums.

We allowed transfers just for your convenience. However, after the abuse we noted, we suspended all transfers until further notice
