what is a forum mascot

mascot is a symbol, could be a monster, creature, or something.
this forum`s mascot was a half worm, with 4 legs, 3 hairs, 6 teeth, with golden teeth on the middle of the bottom teeth.
you can see it on the banner of this site, that is a mascot, i need mascot for my forum.
