    Administration Panel>>General>>Messages and Emails>>Emails and Contact Form

    The Contact button is at the bottom of the homepage.

    On my forum there was a contact link automatically on the bottom that did exactly what you asked for.

    Yes there is one there, but you have to change how it is send to you in the Administration Panel (private message or email).
