Hello!
I am new user here and I found that a troll is using our forum's name. Our forum you can find here: http://para-web.org/ and his forum is such as: http://para-web.forum.co.ee/. We have banned this user several times for trolling as you can see here: http://www.para-web.org/showthread.php?tid=5967. He had a username insener Tünn before and the last one was insenör Tünn.
We have nonprofit-organization as MTÜ Para-web and forum as well, so we aren't interested in this false use. I don't have to mention that they have most of the people there who are banned from our forum. We have summer-meeting coming and such stupid topics as ruin this is far away from normal behaviour!
I did a report for this false forum but I want to be sure that something will be done.

If you've protected your forum with Copyrights protection (Creative Commons, or similar), he is not allowed to copy your name. If you haven't, then he is able to. But I'm not sure if Forumotion's policy/TOS says something about forums with same names - you should check it out.

Copyright law in Estonia says that it's not allowed to use other's database if one's already done it..especially with investment. Our forum is up because of non-profit organization, it pays our server-bills and so on. It's not like every other hick comes and starts to use our name and stuff. Is there ANYBODY respond to it?
I spoke with my friend who's layer and he said the same thing, that when we have this non-profit organization already registred, they can't use the name. So please, do something.
I suppose here is some reasonable administrator who gets this message.

I did it already but here far it seems that it's no use.

How long ago did you file a complaint?

It could be that the litigation team did not found anything breaking the Terms of Service.
