How to add the birthday and gender information in the registering page ?

AP > Users and grups > Profiles > next to field and make them necessary.
That is waht you are asking?

no .. lets say when you join a site in the registering page they ask for the user name , pass word , email address so i'm asking how to add the gender and the birthday into it

I think we are thinking of the same thing. You want a new field appearing when somwone wants to register? Than your solution is above.
If you want the existing to appeare just edit them and mark necessary.
For the new one make it and mar necesary and it will appeare when someone wants to register.
