How can I get backup to get deleted categories back?

Hello. I want to ask if there is a way to get a forum categories back. The owner deleted ALL the categories for an unreasonable answer that she has not answered anyone to. She has been gone for about 6 months and I am sure that I know a couple of people that want the forum categories back just to look back at and check. I am an admin of the forum and was the main moderator of the place. I basically owned the forum. I want to regenerate a way to get the categories/posts back because t know a lot of memories were indeed inside of it.

Hi, you can do it only by using https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/
But you will lose all data done on your forum after it, it will turn your forum back through time. AND ITS FOUNDERS TOOL.
