    Size (In Pixels): Any or maybe 650x230 ; whatever looks normal!
    With or Without Animation: N/A
    Main Colors: Can you make the background transparent ? you can do this on Gimp
    Pictures & Links: N/A
    Text to Insert : Bearville Peace
    Font (Provide Download Link): Any bubbly font[Bubble letters?]
    Font Color: Rainbow OR lime green + neon purple + sky blue

    Extra Comments: If you can add a drop shadow, that would be great.

    What do you mean? just start on a white background and make it transparent

    start on a white background and add text and maybe a little decoration and, make the background transparent .
