    One of the mods has accidently locked a thread.. How do I unlock it???

    There is no option in the thread itself...

    Go to the bottom of the topic and you will see the Quick Mod Tools. From there choose "Unlock this topic"

    I just tried that but when I go back into the thread it's still showing as locked
