Is it possible to restore a single member?

Is it possible to restore a single member who was deleted, for example, using the foum Utilities? If not, is it possible to restore the users without restoring the messages? I could only see the "Messages and users" backup type.

~~No, because if you go to any user's account through the Admin Panel and you check delete this user, you can see the message that deleting a user cannot be undone.~~

The Divine Clutch please check your back up facts before posting please. You can in fact restore a deleted member, but chances are you might remove other users who registered after the restore point. You can only do messages and users.
