Total positive Votes Equal Reputation

I want to manage reputation points that they exactly match to the number of positive votes received by any user. For this I disabled -ive votes & thanks sytem...then I used following layout for repu management:

Arrowed column options won't trouble because these features are disabled:



After this I was sure that I will meet objective but something depicts I am wrong:



Arrowed options mismatch? They must be equal

Can't fix it. Someone already clicked the option before you finished.
