I have a couple of questions regarding the portal.

1. How come in phbb3, like here in forumotion, the fonts look smaller. If you try to to manually increase the size of the font, it will look normal in the portal BUT will look bigger, when you actually read the article via the forum where it's posted. how do you adjust the font to make it bigger in the portal but stay the same when you view it via the forum?

2. Here in forumtion, each article in the portal is enclosed in a table, like the picture below. How do you do this?
