Can´t delete the PM´s

Help please


My Message Box is full and i can´t delete Messages...
Can some one help?
How i delete them? or can i have more PM space???

Hi,

To set the PM space go to your AP > General > Messages and emails > Private messages > Set the max PM's there

For the deleting part, when you go to your Inbox you should have this on the bottom http://i.imm.io/9izT.png ?

yes, i have select one, more, all... but if im click delete marked, nothing happens.
I don´t get any error message...
if i try to delete, i come back to the inbox Message...

Don't worry, even if your inbox is 100% full, you can still receive PMs. However, the oldest PMs will be deleted and be replaced by the newer ones.

I have the same problem. My problem was the browser I was using. With Opera, I could not delete pms. With IE, I could. Try a different browser.
