Homepage Announcements

I was wondering if and how I could do this on my forum? I'm recently new to forums so I'm not really aware of how to do these amazing things just yet. Also, I know that my title should relate more to the topic, however, I'm having trouble thinking of a name... If a member of staff sees this, please change it to whatever you see as being fit. (:

Use the admin panel> general> announcements to make a forum announcement

And example would be "Add Links to homepage message"

And adding links to the homepage message is very easy. You can just put in the BBcode like you would in a post and the system automatically translates it into HTML

And to access the homepage message, go to
Administration Panel >> Display
The option for editing homepage content should be above header, navigation, colors, or pics.

Make a thread about it first

The go to ACP>>DISPLAY>>HOMEPAGE>>HOME PAGE MESSAGE.

After that copy the links and use this code given;
