User & groups -> Profiles -> Adding field.

Which type field is this with the scrolling next to the country list, to scroll down ?

I believe it comes automatically when you have many icons.

Yeah, as far as I know it just happens, you don't edit it in.

Its CSS that I added. I don't quiet remember what the code was/looked it.

However, this may not work on your forum, Infliction. You will probably need to play around with the _8_1 part.
