I am assuming you already create the widget?
I mean there is no code you just create a widget and re-size the video to fit within the embed code or flash tags.

Hi akis,

Go to Youtube and take the embed code that it offeres you.

Code:: <object width="560" height="315"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/eocCPDxKq1o?version=3&hl=en_US&rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/eocCPDxKq1o?version=3&hl=en_US&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

Go to your Modules > Forum or Portal widgets managment, create a new widget by Pressing create a new widget button and paste the code in it.

You can change the width and the height in the code you got from YT to make it smaller or bigger.

That's all.
