I have tried to get help by reading other peoples problems with the chatbox. For example, mine is like a white blank page when you log into the sight, and until you start typing a gray background wont appear. Its kinda annoying. And so I tried to put in a code in the CSS category and not sure if im doing it right?

Yeah sorry and yeah its not a pop out screen. and when you log in... its still white until you start typing.
