Help what should I need to do for this anyone?

The first thing you need to do is remove the things that violate the TOS. Your forum contains Hacking and Download sections. Without doing it there is no discussion on the part that you wont be deleted. There is no point in hiding them since FM sees the hidden sections. You must delete them completely. Than you can hope for a good outcome.

You wont get a reason for banning your site but since it has been banned there was a reason for it. If you think you did nothing wrong and did not have anything of this on your forum:

• Violent or repulsive content
  
• Hateful or abusive content
  
• Defamatory content and / or affecting the integrity of a person
  
• Sexual and/or pornographic content
  
• Harmful and dangerous acts
  
• Copyright infringment
  
• Spam
  
• Phishing and/ or malware website
  
• Credit card fraud
  
• Hacking
  

Than you can press the button for contesting the decision and go that way.

When you delete everything that is in violation, the message will still count to zero and if all is OK your forum will stay.

I deleted all my bot/hack / download and link but the warning is still in my panel I have to wait or what should I do after deleted?

It will count till it hits zero. If you deleted all I have told you up and you are not violating TOS anymore when FM inspects it the tenth day it wont be deleted
