How to I call people to register on my forum

I have a problem, when I start to call my friends to register on mu forum over administration panel, for example with terra, I try to write username and pasword,, they told to me that is acess denied... what I post to do....

I also dont know what kind of my forum is, I am not shure that is phpBB 2, this is the adress http://adelanoriega.serbianforum.info/forum

You can check your Forum Version by going to the design tab -> Choose Theme -> Forum Version and it will tell you. Your users need to create their own accounts to access the forum.

To protect your forum from hackers is to make sure your password is strong, and also enable email conformation when registering.

The option is in Users Option under users and groups.

Go to AP > Users and groups > Users options > Account activation > New accounts activation :
Choose User and they will have to go to their mail to activate their account.

Confirmation code option is when they are registering they get little numbers in a box to write them in a box again like on FB.

I think that I understand why people do not register on my forum, I press some buton, when I try to register, there write Administrators have forbidden any new members, where I post to go, what shoul I do.....

I am sorry, at the first my meni is on the serbian lenguage, second, and when I translate that option, I can not find that option, I founded buton for my problem of members, alow members, I done something alone, yeah... but could you tell to me in detal, maybe to give me some kind of draw for the already mentioned problem.....

To activate the option so users must confirm the registration on email go to =>

Korisnici & Grupe > Opcije korisnika > Omogući aktivaciju naloga : Korisnik
