If that's the case, then report his board through litigation. You can also mention that the footer has been deleted from the overall_footer template.

how about rather than , creating you're own way of registering on the website, and bypassing , the normal forumotion registration, by using 'the script' , just leave it alone, it's better that way 
user's might get confused, and sometimes, it might not even work.... so it's just better, to let the users register, in the way, all the others forumotion forums, do
