Nature of the Creation: I need ranks with some kind of background (preferably oval) behind them so I can use them for my ranks.
Size (In Pixels): Not sure on size, whatever will fit my forum best.
With or Without Animation: YOUR INFOS HERE (precise the kind of animation you want)
Main Colors: Nothing too colorful
Pictures & Links: Just put a "WV" before the rank name with the same color of the following name. And the background should be black.
