User Rank Color Not working

I followed the exact steps for assigning each suer group its color. But it's not showing up!

Is it the rank or group you are talking about?

Ranks won't have the usergroup color. They are different things.

Usergroup. It won't work no matter what I do.

Please check that Group status is opened or closed group, and not hidden.

I checked that too. It's Closed, and I checked the box that said Show Group Color.

Try to add a member in group, and check if group is showing.

I tried that too. Still not working It's not even showing up in the legend

I think you may have missed (colorize user names) in the user options.

Go to

Admin panel>User and Groups>User Options

scroll down to Colorize usernames :, click yes and hit save
