You can't make it exactly same as here since you are using version phpBB2.
You can make it look similar by adding this code to Admin CP > Display > Colors > CSS.
Add this code there and submit...

As I told you, you can't make it exactly same as here. It is a limitation f phpBB2 template. If you convert to phpBB3 version, you can get it.

I want to use phpBB3 version but if I use that version, I can't localized my forum.
Can I localized phpBB3 like phpBB2?
If I can, I will change it now.

Whats localized?

Ahh, Localized means Change some of the words to Our Language.
If possible I will change all the words to my language.
