Yes, you can add code to your styleshet by going to Admin CP > Display > Colors > CSS.

You can add all CSS codes into stylesheet but if the code contains HTML or JavaScript, you can't add it there.

Sorry, but I am confused. You ask if you can place a code in the CSS and we replied, but now you are on about placing codes in a HTML page. What code are you talking about?

i am saying about the homepage message on my site that say Welcome to YPA.. as homepage message cannot be scrolling text.. I want it to be like forumotion.. side by side.. I just need the code..
