Behind my navigation bar for my forum
Yes I'm using PhpBB 3, i really hope this is possible

here's a code to put in your css. check to see if you have something similar-then just put the image link in. If not, copy/paste this code.

.navbar {
clear: both;
background-image: url("https://i.servimg.com/u/f20/13/80/18/07/navbar10.png");
padding:0px 10px;
}
