Greetings. just left forumer.com due to poor hosting and found this incredible place . So i have created my new forum and am trying to get/find all my previous members . When my newest member has logged in he is unable to post for 7 days . how do i circumvent/turn this feature off . Thank you in advance for your help . I am a forum newb but for the most part the layouts and tutorials are nothing short of amazing compared to what i was using at forumer.com.

Well, what is the error that user gets? Give us some more information.

i have not gotten the error myself it is the first user to join the forum that got the error. he tried to post and it told him that he had to wait 7 days before he could make a post

Could that have been the problem, if the user was posting a link?

perfect your the man !! holy mother of sweetness this is such a much better forum/support than the last system i used
