Only administrators can access the admin panel. Mods can lock,split,merge,move,delete topics. They can also be able to ban members if you allow them to.

Yes but i mean if you make a thread to be read/posted in my Administrators only can moderators read and post in it oo?


I am having a Moderator/admin only chat but dont know if its possible,

If you make a topic/category that can only be viewed by admins then mods won't be able to see it.

Is there anyway to make a group and a group only see it then?

Well yes. You can make a group(hidden or closed) that can allow that groups members to have access to that category/topic.

No problem. Go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Groups=>Groups administration. Click on the "create new group" button and add the info for it. Make it closed(if you want it to appear in the legend on the homepage) or hidden( if you don't want it to appear in the homepage legend). After you created the group go to the permissions tab for that group. Then select the topic/category you want that group to have access to by selecting it. Select the topic by clicking on the "Allowed Access: checkbox for every topic.

Yes, only Mods and Admins and that group created can see or access that topic. You're welcome
