You can login into your forum & delete it yourself.
DO a search for delete forum & you will find many threads on the process to delete it.

Hello,

Change your email in your profile and try again. Sometimes Hotmail and Yahoo don't work sometimes.

Sorry guys, the problem is not my e-mail address. It is not gmail or yahoo. Same adress is here in this forum posts. The link I get is leading back to Luotofoorumi, not to any e-mail adress.

Have you tried and see? I know that this issue sometimes happens to certain email services. Please copy and paste the url in the address bar and see.

If that doesn't work you can request the forum be deleted by sending message to a support mod, but please provide the forum url and creation email.

This seems to be hopeless, as usually with forumotion issues. I also copy it to address bar. Here is copy that link:

http://luontofoorumi.motionforum.net/admin/index.forum?ak=39ea428d&extended_admin=1&mode=delete_forum&part=general&sub=general&tid=c99fb1b8550b771e6916514cb871aa18

You can see, that it is not any e-mail address. I do not know what is "support mod" and have no other contact to forumotion an this forum. Is it true that there is nobody can make me the last service I ask and delete this forum!

Hi,

A 'support mod' is a member of our Moderation team who's focus is helping users.
MrMario has asked you to please PM any member of the Support Moderating Team, (Link below to the group) and they can attempt to pass the issue up to The Godfather whom is the only erson on the forum who can delete it for you.
In the PM Please provide the following:
1- URL of the forum
2- Creation/founder Email address.
Send the PM to anyone in this team: http://help.forumotion.com/g4054-forumotion-support-moderators

Darren1; Someone say that a forum will be deleted in 48 hours. This case has been not solved already 2 weeks! I send message to Moderation team and there to Base. Nothing has taken place. Luontofoorumi is still there. Is this really so difficult with motionforum?

Hi Finestor34, as mentioned , the Godfather is the only one who can delete the site. Had this been a situation of dire need, it would have been dealt with in a more timely manner. Realistically deleting your forum is not a major issue considering all other things that could possibly need attention. Your message was sent ; It'll get deleted at GF earliest convenience . Smile

WHITESABBATH; Thanks, OK I must wait it it. How to know the process is on? Is it impossible to your Moderation team to inform of such things? It is not members matter, but is motionforum organization up-to-date? Rolling Eyes

RE;

If you leave your forum alone for 6 months, it will be automatically removed, so please chill out.

Ill ask Base to see if he has any additional info, but in this kind of situation, the only person who can help you is The Godfather and he's not easy to get in contact with as he's a very busy man.

Can you please try to do the deletion process once again, and once you lick or use the link in the email, do NOT go to your forum for 48 business hours.
See if that works.

EDIT 5.20PM UK.

Base has informed me that he hasn't had a message from you as yet, can you please re-send the info, he will then pass it up Wink

Darren1; Thanks again! Just now I send a new PM to Base. So maybe it is now best to wait some days without to do anything in Luontofoorumi?

Yes, it is best to wait up to 72 hours, however 99.8% of requests are completed within 48 hours, 0.01 takes up to 72 hours, and the remaining 0.01 requires for some strange reason, for a member of our pro-team to delete it for you.

Base has forwarded the details on now for you Wink
