remove odd forun line

i just wondering if anytbody know how to remove this line?

I tend not to insert codes when their not needed. In your case, you can fix this without additional coding.

Go in your acp>display>colors>css stylesheet>now look for the css code that begins with this .forabg {and Carefully remove the "border" color code or just edit the border size to 0px > click save .

i can remove the without and problem but i remove the other lines also, i'm just wondering if there another way to just remove that line

I'm getting something similar. I tried what Whitesabbath suggested, but it didn't work.
